A Lightning Deal is a promotion in which a limited number of discounts are offered on an item for a short period of time. All Lightning Deals appear on the "Today's Deals" page.

You need this to get it done:

To be eligible for deals, you must be a Professional Seller with at least five Seller Feedback Ratings per month and an overall rating of at least 3.5-stars. Additionally, products must meet these criteria:
- Have a sales history in Amazon stores and at least a 3-star rating
- Include as many variations as possible
- Not a restricted product or offensive, embarrassing or inappropriate product
- Prime eligible in all regions
- New condition
- Compliant with customer product reviews policies, pricing policies and deal frequency policies (see Amazon Seller Central documentation for more details)
Select the products which you want to be included in your deal. You can filter eligible products on the basis of deal start dates and deal types.
Product Variations
You can select any eligible variations that you want to include in your deal that’s being recommended. However, Amazon recommends that you include as many product variations (for example, size, colour, style) as possible to avoid rejection. For some products, such as clothing and shoes, at least 65% of variations should be included in the deal, although this can change by locale and time of year.
You can select the week for your deal to run; however, you will not be able to select the date or time. If approved, you can see the scheduled deal date and time in the Deal Dashboard one week before the deal is scheduled to run. Lightning Deals usually run for 4 to 12 hours.
Deal Price/Discount per Unit
The maximum deal price that is suggested when creating a deal takes into consideration the lowest price from a seller offering the product in new condition. The deal price may fluctuate if any changes are made to the current price and you cannot raise the price while the deal is running.
Minimum Deal Quantity
The quantity of products which can be purchased in this deal. Make sure that you have the proposed quantity at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
You must pay Amazon a fee for each Lightning Deal that is submitted and has successfully run. You will be charged after a Deal runs on its scheduled date and time.
Submit for Review
Once you are happy with your Lightning Deal, submit it for approval by Amazon. Some deals may be immediately approved, while others may be suppressed at any time if they don’t meet the eligibility criteria.
